We hope that you will love your Amiska Lamps products but in the event that you wish to return them, as long as they are returned to our warehouse in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt and fit for resale, we will cover the cost of carriage and you will be refunded in full (not available for customers outside of mainland UK). Buyers from the Highlands and Islands, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will need to arrange their own return. A few of the larger hand made pottery lamps will be delivered by pallet and these will not qualify for free returns though you are free to return them at your own expense. We also do not offer free returns for sale items or promotional orders (these will be charged at £8 per box). For floor lamps, and some larger chandeliers and mirrors, we charge a £17 fee towards the cost of a collection service.
All you need to do is to email us within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s) then get them back to us within 14 days. In most cases we will email you a label that you print & fix onto the box. You then need to take it to a DPD collection point convenient to you at a time and day that suits you. We will direct you to your nearest drop off DPD collection point so that you can return straight back to our warehouse for a speedy refund.
Once the items have been received back in the warehouse, they will be checked to ensure they are fit for resale. Please note we cannot accept returns on goods that have been modified in any way. whilst we normally manage to have all returns received and processed within 3 working days of them being sent back, it can sometimes take longer and we ask that you allow us 5 working days. If there are any problems, you will be notified by the customer services team.

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged, then you will require to take a photograph of them and notify us within 48 hours of receipt and before the item has been fitted. Our customer services team will then guide you through the process of what to do next, and they will also make sure you get a replacement as soon as possible. Please make sure you check all products prior to installing as Amiska cannot cover any costs incurred for the removal and refitting of a damaged product.
Any items returned to us and damaged in transit due to having been insufficiently packed may not be refunded
